The cheesemaking class at St George and Sutherland Community College has now been launched. The class was filled with enthusiastic students waiting to learn how to create cheese from simple ingredients. There was Fetta, Haloumi, Whey ricotta and Mizithra. They also tackled home made crackers and tomato sweet chilli sauce.
